Mom Wants Troops To Come Home

A mother of a Canadian soldier in Afghanistan wants an end to the mission in 2011 as the government promised. The government recently announced that Canadian troops will remain in Afghanistan until 2014 as "trainers."

I agree with this mother. How many more lives have to be lost before the country is handed back to the Taliban and the warlords? To the best of my knowledge, no Canadian politician has a son serving in Afghanistan.
